Return Policy
Products can be returned within 5 working days if defects are found on the football jerseys.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be processed once the 48-hour delivery window begins. For couriered orders, cancellations are not possible once the product is dispatched.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please send an email with the subject line “Cancellation Request” to our customer support team. Your email should include the following details:
- Order ID:
- Reason for Cancellation:
- Refund Account Details:
Cancellations will be processed once we receive your formal request.
Refund Conditions
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- The order was cancelled.
- The order was not delivered to the recipient (excluding cases where the recipient could not be located).
- If there is a valid complaint regarding the quality of the product, we will investigate. If found valid, you will receive a full refund or a replacement.
Refunds will only be processed in cases of service failure. Our team will evaluate whether your request qualifies for a refund. The maximum refund will be the total amount paid by the customer; we are not liable for any additional losses or claims.
Cancellation Charges
A 5% charge applies for all cancellations. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after cancellation. Customers will also be responsible for one-way shipping costs in case of cancellations.
Non-Refundable Items
Discounted or exempted items cannot be refunded.
In all matters regarding cancellations and refunds, Soccer Stripes reserves the right to make the final decision.
